If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My parents came here due to insurance coverage choices. They live in Polson to start with so already a long drive for them to get to this place. First they messed up the placement of the prescription in my dad's glasses due to improper measurements taken by the staff. The lenses were then reordered which took a couple weeks and then upon going to pickup the glasses with the reordered lenses the office states no glasses were left with them to put lenses in when both my parents were ... read more

Jonna was so great to deal with today, she was super helpful and solved my contact issue. Its so refreshing to come into a store and have someone like Jonna thats so friendly and helpful! Ill definitely be buying my glasses and contacts from here from now on.
The docs at shopko optical are attentive and thorough .. when my teen had issues with his contacts, they offered two new brands to try and the refitting appointment was no charge!!
I’ve been coming here for probably 6 years with my partner and our daughters. Service is always so-so, office turnover is high but the doctors are fine. Our last visit was about eight weeks ago, my partner and I had exams and were due for new lenses so we picked frames and went through the process. We both have decent insurance, and for two pairs it was over $600. My partner has a pretty significant prescription, but I do not. I get plastic lenses with a scratch coating. That’s it.
