If I could give negative stars I would. My children had eye doctor appointments back in September. The doctors were nice so I guess that's where the one star comes from. But nothing else has been good. I was told 3-4 weeks for their glasses. They never came. So I called back had to leave a voicemail. Didn't get a call back til the next day. Then the lady said that they must have been lost in the mail. She would re order them and it should be 1.5-2 weeks. That time had passed and still no glasses.
