Pleasant place, good selection and exceptionally nice and knowledgeable staff.
Dr. Buker is great -- professional, friendly, and thorough. All the employees are also friendly, helpful, quick, and really know their stuff. Good selection of glasses frames.
I recently received an incorrect bill from a few months ago and was fairly frustrated with the circumstances around it. I left a poor review but I would like to amend that review as their manager has resolved that issue completely in a very timely manner. I’ve had similar situations arise with Logan Health over incorrect billing and have had to fight them for over a year with no resolution. I greatly appreciate Shopko Optical for taking care of this matter completely in such a timely manner.
I went to Shopko yesterday and had an amazing experience, from the examination by Dr. Daniel Plumb, to the very friendly and helpful staff. I was made to feel very comfortable and the options for frames is perfect. I ended up picking Kate Spade Frames with the help of the staff. I have been a patient at ShopKo optical for over 30 years. I have stayed with them because of the great service and care I have been given. In the last few years, the doctor I have been with unexpectedly left the office and I have had visits with other doctors. This last visit was so bad I almost walked out. The doctor barely did an eye exam but kept talking About his life and children and even his “liberal neighbors” across the street Who thankfully moved away.
