We scheduled two adult appointments. The doctor was polite and kind—our interaction with her was brief, but she was friendly and positive throughout. Both of us needed to order glasses. We were initially told it would take about 2.5 weeks, so we were genuinely surprised (in a good way) when we got a pickup call just 9 days after our appointments. The staff was kind, friendly, and social with our whole group, which made the experience feel welcoming and easy.
Waste of time and money. Went to get an update on my prescription, doctor seemed very laid back and kinda dismissive, noticed my right eye prescription was considerably worse then what I previously had when I went home, wasn't recommended and specific contacts and the new Iens I have have slowly being causing eye discomfort over time. Ordered some contacts to get me through the work week, no call back, go to pick them up and they only have the left lenses? Every time I have walked into this establishment I've been greeted right away, treated with kindness, care and compassion and everyone seems to be so patient. Jennessa specifically has as helped me numerous times and she is absolutely amazing!! She's got a great sense of humor. She's knowledgeable and knows what she's talking about.
