The pharmacists are great but their phone system is a waste of time. 1st you're on hold for a minimum of 5 minutes to reach anyone and then you get someone who knows nothing and puts you on hold again and after another 5 to 10 minutes, chances are you are clicked off and go to a busy signal. Do they want customer business and renewal of prescriptions. My complaints to them about this situation falls on deaf ears!!!

The pharmacy is always chaotic and they never have prescriptions filled within a timely manner. For the love of god, just choose a different pharmacy. Unless you enjoy watching them run around trying to even find your meds while you just sit there for an hour.
