Drew at Shopko optical GI, made my day. She was easy to talk to, funny, and really good at her job. 10/10 Customer Service.
Traveling for work this week and somehow lost one of the nose pieces on my glasses. Being Tuesday & needing my glasses the rest of the week stopped in at Shopko by chance to see if they could help me out with a replacement. We do not have Shopko where I live but I am recommending them especially Kendra based solely on the great customer service! Kendra was able to get some Rayban nose pieces to work on with my Blackfin frames. Much appreciated!
I started out with a representative that was not very interested in helping me and then as I was looking at lenses by myself a lady by the name of Christine came over and was very helpful. She answered questions for me and was really pleasant.
Wanted to get an eye exam. No eye doctors! Kind of like kfc running out of chicken, useless!!
