Shopko used to have knowledgeable staff, helpful. The glasses were good quality and lenses didn’t scratch easily. Now the choices of frames is very limited. Lots of frames that look similar to each other. Eventually ordered a pair, 15 days later still no glasses. Staff couldnt explain why it was taking so long or when I could expect to receive them. I cancelled. Zenni here I come.
I recently attempted to get an eye exam at this location after searching locations that took my insurance directly from my insurance website. This location was listed as a “full service” location, but when I got there, they informed me my plan didn’t cover a basic exam (the reason for my visit). A call to my insurance provider confirmed that they are listed as a “full service” provider, I was absolutely covered, and that there must be some error in their system.
