I would like to correct previous reviews of Dr. Jackson and Shopko optical in Missoula. I had an exceptional experience at each stage, from the receptionist, to Eve, who took time to explain my particular alternatives in lenses, and to Dr. Jackson, who was so thorough and taught me more about my eyes and their best care than anyone ever had. I can't recommend them highly enough.
I came in to get a prescription for eyeglasses and contacts, I expected a few trials because of my astigmatism, but after the second set of trial lenses, I called to tell them that they wernt right and needed them adjusted. I was told to wear them longer so my brain could get adjusted to them. So I picked that up and it was obvious they were just wrong. Been getting my eyes checked here for a few years now, i take my kids here for their eye check ups also, i am not very pleased about a fitting test for my contacts when i have been buying my contacts from here for years.
My spouse and I were both seen by Pitt. She was horrible and disrespectful to my spouse and was also disrespectful and rude to me. When I asked her about a condition I was experiencing with my eyes, she became VERY defensive and argumentative, stating she had NEVER even heard of that happening before. When my spouse tried to talk to her about contacts, she proceeded to ridicule and shame him. A very unpleasant experience.We will request to NOT be seen by this woman again!
Pitt R. worst OD i encountered! She rushed me during my eye examined like she almost kick me out in the clinic.
