Not good store. Too much crap. Too high-priced. Bad customer service. They don't care! Care they don't care they don't care they don't care.
This store has a 14-day return policy and if you don't have a receipt for your return you will only get store credit and the credit is based on the lowest price in the previous 90 days. This resulted in my getting a nine dollar credit on a $20 item. That makes no sense to me. If it's a 14-day return policy they should only be able to go back 14 days. This is the second time I have tried to return something and just as last time, it was a hassle with multiple people having to get involved. I worked at Costco for several years... read more
