My husband had his glasses lens fall out today. He drove over to the Clairemont location, only to find them closed. However, an optician who was in the store working on appointment, saw him outside and came out to see if he could help. Bless his heart, he took the glasses inside, put the lens back in and tightened the screw. He did not get his name, but thank you so much!!! ❤️
I broke my ONLY PAIR of glasses! On a weekend. And I knew Shopko Optical was closed due to not being an "essential" business. I called and left a message anyway. Kurt called me back right away Monday morning to let me know he had my frames in stock. I was back in business Tuesday morning. Thanks Kurt and Shopko Optical! You have a customer for life.
I stop here today at Shopko i could not get one person to wait on me
Dr. Jackson is the most amazing doctor I have ever seen! She was very nice and taught me important things about the care of my eyes. Shawna was very nice and patient and helped me pick out a very cute pair of pink glasses! Laurie and the rest of the staff are all amazing and really take the time to make you feel like the most important patient!
I appreciate them helping me...I broke my glasses and my frames were not repairable so they put my lenses in a frame they had free....I'm so grateful! thank you do much
