Wow! This is the way customer service should be...Makayla was incredibly thorough and went above and beyond! She is an absolute gem of an employee! Well done, Shopko!
Makayla is super helpful in finding frames and ordering glasses! She brought several frames for me to try that she thought would be flattering and gave great feedback. Together we found the perfect pair!
Makayla was unbelievable helpful! She saved our weekend! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Thank you!
I was in need of an emergency pair of contacts due to being out of town. Shopko gladly stepped up and helped me out!
No one has ever reached out and made anything better The "doctor" at this location should lose her license and never work directly with people ever again in her life. I'm sure she's still yelling at who she wants when she wants.
