No one has ever reached out and made anything better The "doctor" at this location should lose her license and never work directly with people ever again in her life. I'm sure she's still yelling at who she wants when she wants.
Makayla saved the day for me! After calling about 7 eye places on a Saturday afternoon she was the only person I reached that gave me the time of day. I was desperate for new contacts on vacation and she was fantastic. So so thankful for her!
