This was by far my best eye doctor experience. My usual eye doctor was closed over the lunch hour when I went in for a small repair for my glasses. I walked into Shopko Optical and was greeted right away by Makayla. She was able to fix my glasses right away even though I hadn't purchased them from their store. I'll be using this eye doctor from now on. Thank you, Makayla!
My visit took place on Oct. 29th 2025 and can I say Amber was incredible. Immediately great customer service and impeccable knowledge to make my experience 10x better! I felt confident with the frames I picked out because of her and will make this my go to place for picking out glasses and scheduling eye appointments! Amber is truly amazing and it was a wholesome experience, I feel valued as a customer because of her.
The "doctor" at this location should lose her license and never work directly with people ever again in her life.

I just purchased 2 pairs of glasses from Shopko Optical. This was a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ experience. Makayla helped me select my frames. Once my glasses were ready to be picked up, other employees adjusted them for a great fit. Everyone there was very helpful. I highly recommend Shopko Optical in Dubuque.
