The customer service here is fantastic. I am very happy with this location and Heather the store manager goes above and beyond :) One thing I will mention is that recently there's been a change in the waiting area. There's not any music playing and it creates an awkward quiet.... until it's not quiet with loud customers. There's no sound to drown out noise as well. I ran my prescription safety glasses over with my car. I took them into the delavan shop. 3 hrs later they had them fixed! I didn't think they were fixable. Im very pleased! Would definitely recommend!

Excellent service with all of the staff. The Dr Wallace was very friendly and patient with my questions. When asked about my ‘computer’ glasses he suggested I add a reading lens to the bottom which is something I never considered and will certainly help when taking care of business activities. I can now comfortably see the screens and easily read invoices. Over all friendly staff and doctors, very kind to my mother, and was able to get glasses ordered. The waiting area is very quiet and could use some background music!
