A big thank you to Tanya and Katy for their patience and helpfulness in explaining different options with insurance coverage and helping me pick new frames! Tanya was a pro and selected a pair of frames I fell in love with, I can't wait until they come in!
Tami was amazing! She helped me with two different frames and made exchanging one of them easy and pleasant. She even helped me shape the frames to fit my face by molding the arm pieces, which is something I didn’t know could be done. She was very knowledgeable and knew a lot, not only about ShopKo but other frame shops in town. I would highly recommend working with Tami if you’re shopping for frames at this location.
