I have gone here for years, but won't be back. The machine to test eye pressure was malfunctioning. My left eye never got a reading, though a number for it was given to the Dr. The same employee assumed I was on MA and showed me ugly glasses to choose from. I was clearly confused by this, but she kept insisting these are what my insurance allowed. Dr Lupkes, optometrist is very professional , caring and knowledgeable. The staff is very friendly and helpful also.
Have had to drive back 4 times, just attempting to get a finalized contact prescription which I wasn't able to obtain, because I had to leave for another appointment after waiting 30 minutes later than my scheduled appointment. The last 2 appointments I have had to wait between 45-1 hour later than my scheduled time to even be seen. I highly suggest going someplace else. My glasses kept falling off so I came in to Shopko Austin and Got my glasses melted down so they would fit tighter and the girls did a great job.
