The eye doctor and his staff really make you feel welcomed, important, taken care of, and they do sometimes go out of their way considerably to help their clients. Deb was exceptional on July 1 when I came, with broken glasses, when they were closing thanks, Deb!
It was nice chatting with Diana while she did my testing.
Nice enough doctor. God forbid you don't wanna buy in store. The lady checking me out would *not* listen. I had to ask for my pupil distance like 3 times (something they legally have to give you but always conveniently forget to give you) just to get her to take it so I can buy online later. Any chance of me buying in store was out the window after that. Moment she realized I was firm on not buying today, her attitude totally changed. Wouldn't even look at me anymore. Snippy.
