I had a wonderful experience at Shopko Optical on Northland from start to finish. Monica greeted me politely. Another woman was so kind as she did all the preliminary tests. The dr was thorough, explaining things and answered all my questions throughout the exam. And Vega helped me order a new pair of glasses. She was so kind and answered every question about cost and figured out many cost scenarios depending on which choice I made. Very disappointing experience, they were too busy trying to upsell everything, and when we finally picked our pairs they were late, they sized them wrong even after telling them they were too tight. Try calling them and they asked if I minded being placed on hold, sat on hold for 6 minutes only to be transferred to the voicemail. Will not be going back, don't recommend.
