Me and my mom came to tighten up my glasses and this lady did it like a piece of cake ☺️
Every time I visit this location I am greeted with a friendly welcome by the staff, no matter how busy they are. My experience with Nav is always great because she makes the process so simple for me and informative. Also, the manager has helped ensure my frames fit perfectly and I really appreciate that.
Deborah was very nice. She did a thorough job looking at my insurance and get me the best deal with what I needed. It was such an easy and wonderful experience. She's great and Shopko optical is lucky to have her. Glad I waited to pick out glasses til Wednesday as the lady there on Monday wasn't very helpful or welcoming. (The lady on Monday was Twyla)
Debbie helped checked out. We talked about scratching. Talked about warranty. Was very happy with service
