Overall I've had great customer experiences. Sure a time or two things could have been better but new building with probably some new people. Things happen. Lucy Murray has always been my go to. She is quick to make adjustments and communicate on orders and get the material out asap. I'll say 4.5 stars out of 5.

Called weeks in advance to make sure a certain item was in stock. Called multiple times even the same day I was going to pick up the order to double check and triple check. Turns out when I got there they didn’t have it in stock and they just said they don’t know who I talked to on the phone

I have purchased from here several times and each time is a huge hassle to get timely quotes for materials. This last time is it. I spent over a week and 13 emails with Lucy trying. To get an estimate. She says she sent it but all other emails coming in fine and I still haven’t gotten the price for materials. Super poor communication and help. Will take my business some where else. As a Project Manager I don’t have weeks to wait for a simple estimate on 2 pieces of materials.

I needed a vinyl rail for my existing fence and ShopFencing was who came to the rescue. Their customer service was excellent, communication was superb, and pricing very competitive. I would highly recommend them.

I'm nervous we placed an order that we will never receive. We were told 3 weeks and it's been that long. Our order still says "awaiting fulfillment" and our 8 attempts to reach out to customer service have been unfruitful. Customer service voice-mail box is full and no one answers the line. If anyone from the company sees this, please reach out before we dispute your payment with our bank.
