I needed a vinyl rail for my existing fence and ShopFencing was who came to the rescue. Their customer service was excellent, communication was superb, and pricing very competitive. I would highly recommend them.
I'm nervous we placed an order that we will never receive. We were told 3 weeks and it's been that long. Our order still says "awaiting fulfillment" and our 8 attempts to reach out to customer service have been unfruitful. Customer service voice-mail box is full and no one answers the line. If anyone from the company sees this, please reach out before we dispute your payment with our bank.
I have been extremely impressed with Shop Fencing. Recently I purchased fencing products from this company sight unseen. I ordered a full fence for my pool, They handled every step in helping me get all the parts i needed to build my own fence. It arrived super fast. There were a couple pieces missing, and Lucy was extremely helpful in getting all the pieces to me, even after it had been awhile until I noticed. This is the proper way to treat customers, I would highly recommend them for pricing, customer service, and quality Fencing. Will definitely use them again.
