purchased 14 gallon 5.5 hp shop vac. absolute cheap garbage. washers for the wheels weren't in the box - had to wait 7-10 days for these. Hose support pieces so flimsy that one tab broke with installation - glued that rather than wait another 7-10 days for part... and finally the hose wouldn't thread onto the canister - thank goodness lowes accepting this return. don't waste your money or time on this flimsy, cheap garbage.

Has anyone tried to use their website to order a part? I am trying to order a lid latch. They provide the part number but there is no way to order it on their website despite being powered 'Shopify'. Waiting for 'Customer Care' to respond. I am always wary of a company that does not reply to Google reviews. They are not engaged in customer service. To follow up....I contacted Shop Vac by phone. The person I spoke to said the part I required was not available to order on the website. She offered to send the parts at no charge... read more
