Shop Tools Outlet is the very definition of outstanding customer service! Through no fault of theirs, my lift arrived with some shipping damage. The shipping company took responsibility, but the manufacturer indicated that it would be “at least 2 months” to get the replacement parts. Todd jumped in and convinced the manufacturer to pull the required parts off of a unit they had in inventory, and then worked with the manufacturer and freight company when they were struggling with the logistics.
