First and foremost as a new resident moving to LUDINGTON the employees are extremely rude. The management is bossy and seem to think they know it all. I have never been treated so poorly with such disrespect in my life. Store doesn’t have a good selection of anything except beer and wine. NEVER BUY MEAT THERE. RecommendedWe love Shop N Save! Their produce section is top notch, as is their meat department. I’m so glad that they are following all of the mask mandates and keeping us safe while we shop. I feel much more comfortable shopping in a store that takes this seriously. Thank you Shop N Save!
this is THE only store in town that stocks pancetta. Can't make a proper pasta Alla carbonara without it 😋 great deli!
Shop N Save is one of the only places I feel safe shopping right now because I know how seriously they are taking the mask mandate and protecting their staff.
One of few family owned grocery stores that compete with the "big box" stores. They do pretty well at this. The meat selection is by far one of the freshest selections in town, as well as a pretty great produce selection. It feels great stopping in for a few things instead of going into a big box store all the time. They have a wide variety and it's a great place for both last minute shopping and actual grocery shopping. They have great customer service being polite and helpful! I am also very thankful how they are handling this crazy time and the mask wearing. They wipe down their carts and requiring a mask is for the safety of everybody :)
Do NOT recommend. A couple of employees came into my workplace just to harass my coworkers and I for "not wearing a mask." Some of us cant handle wearing a mask for 9hrs straight. Look up the difference between an executive order and the law!! NOT that hard! Done shopping there.
The lack of professionalism exhibited by employees is astounding. Two employees, I can only imagine they were management, came into my place of work to harass OUR employees for not wearing masks. They were incredibly rude and made a scene, all whilst sporting their Shop N Save uniform shirts. Our customers were upset with how they acted in OUR place of business. worst customer service ever, I worked in customer service and even if I hadn't when a customer complains about the way they were treated and a certain Jennifer calls them a liar speaking to them in a condecending tone when no voice by the customer was raised that's horrible treatment and not a good customer service.
