You can wash your dog instead of making a mess at home. That's the good part. Bad part is that you can't control the temperature of the water and it was running too warm in my opinion. The money changer malfunctioned and wouldn't accept our cash. We therefore couldn't rinse our dog and had to take her, dripping with soapy water, home in a towel and rinse her at home. I got soaked in the process.

Pumped in $10, can't wash or dry dog completely because power went out. Dennis, the attendant was very nice and once the power came back on was able to reset the time, but as soon as he did that, the power went out again. Water was nice and warm but the shampoo option did not have shampoo. Bring your own shampoo and generator.
