Breaking down isn't ever fun or convenient. I had a "worst case scenario" situation and Mike and the guys had me in and out the same day, without an appointment. Great mechanics are one thing. Good people who happen to be great mechanics is a super great thing. I'm now loyal to Shop Guys.
Shop Guys are awesome!!! They always take care of my car!! They know what they are doing and they never try to get me to purchase more than what's needed!! I have been going to them for over two years. I moved away and still make the drive every time!!
Great job guys. So they came recommended which I had been taking my car for years to a shop in Walled Lake who I was happy with, though did not have a good experience with the new person hired. Well, an unfortuitous happenstance with an alternator failing very late at night and the Shop Guys being close by resulted with me towing the car there. We were referred here by the shop that changes our oil and checks fluids. We couldn't be more satisfied with the courteous treatment that we receive here and the repairs that we have had done on our cars. Geoff is very knowledgeable about car repair and mechanics and has years of experience. He takes the time to explain the repairs that are needed, (we know very little about car mechanical issues) calls us back in a timely manner and fixes them and gets our cars back to us quickly. my second review and my truck is still in the shop today he checked my truck done the work and he wasn't satisfied with the brakes so he decided to make them better gotta love that double check their work and make it right .they are fast at what they do and friendly and show you the problem if you want . I suggest you give them a shot at your car truck ect. for a repair and they are pretty reasonable priceing THANKS GUYS FOR YOU AWSOME EFFORTS AND COMPLEATION MARK ACOSTA
