I had a very disappointing experience with this business. They contacted me because they could not honor my original appointment due to a staffing issue and asked me to reschedule. After considerable back and forth, I agreed to a new date to accommodate them. The entire process was poorly handled and communication became increasingly frustrating. I'm a regular client of holistic esthetician, Stossi. Stossi goes above and beyond when I'm in her care. I appreciate her attention to my skin, comfort, and long term health planning. She always has great product recommendations that are at various price points and educates me on how to make my skin the best that it can be (inside and out).
A Signature facial at Shop Good with Jessica was incredible!! Couldn’t recommend more ! She’s incredibly knowledgeable, intuitive and has such a warm, calming presence that made the experience so wonderful. Just wish Shop Good was in Arizona so I could make it a regular occurrence. Stossi is MAGIC! She was in the shop when I stopped by just to browse, and her knowledge & energy alone inspired me to start a facial membership. I’m SO glad I did! I always leave Stossi feeling refreshed, educated on my skin’s changes, encouraged to try new products (but in a realistic, not salesy way) and my cup is always filledddd up by girl talk & all of the sweet ways Stossi reminds me to care for ME. She’s truly a gem, my skin & nervous system will never be the same ✨
