Worst experience I’ve ever had with a real estate company! Alex Housewright I called our agent and told him that they would not honor the agreed-upon lease after we sent the money to them, and told us that the owner was leasing the building out way too cheap, and he would never allow that and the craziest thing about it all is that we agreed to their terms! Horrible professionalism and I would never refer anyone to this place.
There are not enough positive things to say about Shop Companies Real Estate. Matthew Reed is our agent and because of his service and knowledge before, during and most notably AFTER our transaction have been exemplary! When the deal was finalized, most agents would have been finished, not Matthew Reed. He has been a wealth of knowledge and expertise. He has gone above and beyond the call of duty. This is the place to go for your real estate needs!
