I stopped into The Shop on Saturday for a last minute birthday outfit and was so impressed with all the cute stuff I found, It was hard to choose just one outfit! The girls were helpful and so much fun to shop with!! New favorite boutique!!
They gave me a bottle of water , great hospitality and got my first Loki bracelets !!!
Love their clothes and jewelry and their fitting room staff! But while using my phone to check my bank account (not using my camera), the owner came over and snapped at me for trying to take pictures in the store which is against their policy. It was so rude, I won't be back again.
Horrible customer service. I bought a necklace and when I got home I noticed the clasp was broken. I took it back and the response was "too bad all sales are final". No returns, no exchanges even though their merchandise was defective.
I came to St. Pete for a friends bachlorette, and hadn't heard of this store. I was blown away! I loved everything! The girls were so helpful and I walked outta there with a whole new wardrobe! I wish there was a store like this in DC, VA or Baltimore where I live and work. This store had it all! Can't wait to come back and visit!
Traci is an amazing stylist able to suit your style & flatter your body type all at the same time. Love it!
