I purchased a dress there on 11/5/19, and was told I could have 2 weeks to return it if I found something else for my daughters wedding. I went back on 11/13/19 to return the dress, tag still attached and was then told I could only return it for a store credit or exchange. Also, the person that waited on me was very deceptive by stapling the cc receipt on top of the store receipt covering the return policy.I will never shop there again and have filed a claim with the B… See more

I’ve shopped here with my mom for many years for myself and others, and today when I went in and asked where the restroom was, I was replied to with, “We don’t have a restroom for the public.” The staff member could clearly see how pregnant I am at 8 months along, and was unwilling to make an exception? There was maybe one or two other people in the store. Needless to say, The Shop won’t be getting our business anymore. There are too many other great boutiques in St. Pete now to tolerate their rudeness!

I love the selection of on trend clothes and jewelry. I feel the quality is very good, especially considering how reasonably priced everything is. The staff is great! You feel like you have a personal shopper when they help you to accessorize and make the clothing work best on your body. Love The Shop and always look forward to seeing all of your new stuff.
Visited for the first time today. Everyone was sweet and personable and the clothes are affordable and very cute! Will definitely be back!
