I received a vase of flowers from my out-of-town daughter on the Thursday before Mother’s Day weekend. At the present moment of writing this review, the vase of flowers is now two weeks old and still beautifully thriving with a majority of its flowers still intact! Such a beautiful arrangement! I have never ordered from this florist; however, they will be my first choice when ordering flowers for family or friends! Highly encourage this local business.
They did great!!!!! They helped me out getting flowers to mom for her birthday, after getting the run around with a web based flower company. Mom said she absolutely loved them.
Flowers were delivered from my son and were beautiful! Despite the cold weather they arrived like they were just picked fresh. Past years, flowers received from other places were partially wilted and didn’t last but a couple of days. Flowers from Sheets & Stems lasted over two weeks. I was so impressed. I will now in the future order only from them. Thank you for the wonderful floral arrangement.
My experience at this business has always been extremely positive. The employees are always helpful and polite, and seem to go out of their way to make sure We get what we walked in for. Today I dealt with Kris at the register and I asked her if a second bouquet could be made Similar to the one I was buying at that moment. Instead of saying, no, she turned and asked Lynn, if she had a minute to make me another bouquet. Lynn made it within five minutes and honestly it was prettier than the first one I picked out. Working with Shoots & Stems reminded me just how much I miss the personal touch of a small business! In a world of digital transactions, I felt a tiny bit nervous calling to order a bouquet. The kind voice on the other end guided me through the process like a good friend and had a gorgeous arrangement to our loved one within hours. I couldn't ask for more.
