I called from St. Louis and a very welcoming voice answered the phone and I felt at ease right away. She walked me through the process. She understood it was going to an elderly person at an assisted living facility and gave me several options and they did not disappoint!! I’m positive this will brighten my mom’s day/weekend. This was a first for me and it’s not gonna be the last time! Thank you guys!!!
This place is awesome. My stepmom said the flower arrangement that we sent her is the prettiest that she has ever received, and she's 89 so that says a lot. Andrea and team have been so responsive and this is the only shop in Bloomington - Normal that I will ever use. Thank you!!!!
