They can cancel on you 2 hours before with no penalty, but if you cancel on them, you get charged. Won’t return. Then she implied “do you want us to pay you 40$” which was a very smart unnecessary remark, of course I don’t want you to pay me. But seeing as though YOU did it to ME last week 2 hours BEFORE, waive the fee for proper compensation. I also spent gas driving to the facility when they canceled on me.

Ms. Stacy at her team genuinely care about their patients. That’s never something I had to question while working with her with both of my kids’ feeding troubles. Ms. Stacy listens, is encouraging, positive and truly makes you feel so supported while going through an unfamiliar experience. She is knowledgeable, kind, and just everything I could have asked for when we were in need of feeding help!! I would 120% recommend Shooting Star over and over!!

Stacy was such a gift to have found! She provided a detailed evaluation and plan for success with my child. She kept us informed of what she was doing, why, and ways we could help support our child from home, as well as medically. Her knowledge and support is like none other. She showed so much care and concern for our family, especially our little one, by working hard to connect, provide therapy, and ways to support at home. I cannot put into words the gratitude I have for Stacy and the help she provided my twin baby girls. Both were on NG tubes from birth. She helped wean both of them off those tubes to become 100% oral feeders. In addition to her professional expertise and years of experience, Stacy is a kind, empathetic person that cares deeply for her patients. My twin baby girls, my wife, and myself are so glad we sought out her help. We wouldn’t have successfully weaned them off NG tubes without her guidance.
