This change may have been one of the best things for them. 1. price of range time went down and we can still use our shooters card. 2. The employee who helped us was really nice. I like employees who can joke around and be informative at the same time. Before we ran into some not so nice employees. I can say we will be back more often than before.

Special shout out to Matt today at the Independence location. My wife and I have recently purchased our first firearm and we went to the range at QCS. Ran a few mags and it was acting up. Matt was very gracious and went to the range with us and tried a few mags and it locked up. He very quickly told us not to worry and worked out they would send the pistol to S&W and it would be fixed at no cost due to warranty.
