Used to love this place. Been coming here for the last 18 years on and off. Came in tonight and they had removed all the hourly tables and replaced them with smaller quarter tables. If I wanted to play on bar tables I can go to any old bar. Playing on a real table as opposed to a bar table was the only good reason to come here
I've been coming here for 20 years. I've talked with several hard core pool players and we all agree that $1 per game is going to keep us and many other players from coming back. I hope y'all can make a hourly rate to get us back. The new tables are dope but we're not dropping $20 in quarters every hour cause we can run racks.
I took my son to Shooters for his 21st Birthday drink. I hadn't been there in years, but felt welcome from yesterday. The bartender was very pleasant. Partially thru our drink a familiar face walks thru the door. One of the many friends that made Shooters a fun place to attened. We got a moment to catch up. Was pretty cool. I'm looking forward to going there again.
Been going to this place for close to 20 years and the service is not the greatest and has never really improved. Don't get me wrong there has been a handful of good servers but the bad seems to have always out weighed the good. I mean more than once with more than one server. Ask what the specials are and they say they don't know.
Drink specials and food is decently priced and good, however there are no free refills on coffee!!!! I've never heard of that in my life!!! I've worked in the restaurant and catering industry for over 6 years, and this is just insane. My three friends and I spent a good amount of money at our visit there, so being denied a refill on coffee was just absurd. When I asked for a refill on coffee, the bartender was just very rude about it and made me feel dumb because I didn't know they didn't offer free refills. How am I suppose... read more
