I placed my first order last night and this morning I received a telephone call from Shooters Connection confirming that I intended to ship to a different address than was listed as my billing address. It is the little things in this day and age that matter and customer service is one!! I I have never been called to confirm my shipping address, and this little extra effort has earned my continued business!!!!

Yeah, figured you would do this. Fact for everybody to know. He ordered the wrong part, his mistake. He altered the part in an attempt to mount the wrong part. We did not accept the return due to the part being altered by him. If he had asked us we would have guided him to the correct one. His mistake and he actually said he expected us to eat the cost as good customer service. We will help and do whatever we can except pay for others mistakes.
