I wish I couldn’t give them one star
Terrible was with them many years over 5 and the newer staff asks everyone to write a review every time I would pay so here we go I didn’t care for the last staff but they would have never let me wait almost 6 weeks to get my deposit back after Leaving my current house in spectacular shape move in ready. The Maitneince doesn’t come when they say they are except chuck he was amazing!! But the new ppl that are there don’t care on the lease it states you will receive your deposit with 30 days of you turning in your keys I turne... read more

Hickory, NC location: Friendly efficient staff, the compassion and humanity with which they treat those in the difficult process of finding a home is refreshing, and a quality that many businesses have lost or forgotten.
They have hounded and hounded me cause of their 35$ late fees each month. Every month they do scare tactics to evict me because of 35$ that they throw on there by the 5th, I keep telling them my checks run on weird weeks EVERYTIME I go in there. But they don’t care. So every time you DONT pay by the 5th. Not only do you have to worry about 35$ but also 200$ tacked on because of their “court fees” to put in an eviction notice.
