Kris is the best! He was on top of communication throughout the homebuying process, and was extremely helpful in understanding the contracts and documents that come with buying a house.
In November 2024 we sold our home. Kris Shook was the agent who represented the buyers for our home. Unfortunately, we have never experienced such carelessness and unprofessionalism in a real estate agent. We received an offer on our home on 10/24 from his clients, which we accepted. We ended up being set for 11/15 as the closing date. On 11/12 I received a phone call from our real estate agent stating that Kris Shook mistakenly thought 11/12 was the closing date.
