Whenever I had a furnace issue in the past, every company that came out to service it would pronounce it 'shot' and try to sell me a new system. The first time I called Shook was on a weekend. ***** not only got my furnace quickly working again but didn't charge any extra for the after-hours, or try to sell me a new system.
