Doesn't show up to work. Appointment scheduled months in advance. He doesn't show up. I reach out to to reset a time for him to come by. He said " I'll do your lawn this Saturday coming up". Again doesn't show up. 11 days since first appointment set and he still doesn't show up. I leave a review pointing out his lack of professionalism and follow up. Before Shonuff, I had a problem. Every lawn care service I hired was completely unprofessional. If they actually came to cut my grass on any given week, they'd either show up late or completely unannounced. An annoyance under the best of circumstances, but unacceptable when working from home with dogs that will bark the entire time. Then they'd either forget to blow the leafs or refuse to edge or their equipment would break down and I'd have to wait weeks for them to come finish what they started. Shonuff fixed all that.
