Before working with Shoni my girlfriend and I had been working with another realtor on trying to find an apartment by a somewhat tight deadline. I’m so thankful we got recommended Shoni. The previous guy made it seem like it would be impossible, Shoni immediately turned that on its head. Within a week we had more options than the previous had given us in over a month. Then, lease signed, keys in hand, and my girlfriend and I had our first apartment together exactly when we’d hoped.
I’ve used Shoni twice now and both times has helped me find the perfect place. She helps with navigating all the applications and the process as a whole. She is patient but also very fun to be around. I plan to use her for all of my real estate needs in the future.
Shonie is great. She makes the experience relatable, professional and works with her clients to make sure they are comfortable and happy.. I met Shonie 2 years ago when I was living in a shelter. I thought she would have looked down on me or move on to another client with better prospects. Not only was she patient in showing me a couple of suitable places, she made me feel comfortable.. Today I am renting a beautiful 2 story, 3 bedroom, 2 and an half bath apartment in west palm beach thanks to her. Five star 🫶🏾🥰🔥
Shoni was a great choice for my realtor! She’s a wonderful person and helped me thru the intimidating process of buying my condo!
