Very old needs a lot of updating a lot of the food on their snack bar was either dry or not very tasteful maybe next time
I don't recall going to a Shoney's before though I's seen a lot of them as I drive cross country. I went here because it was walking distance from my hotel (The Jefferson - not recommended). My waitress was nice. The food was so-so. The menu was essentially the buffet or a la carte. I was not impressed with the buffet. I should note it was well maintained and there was a cook behind the buffet counter all the time. I ordered a couple eggs, bacon and coffee -- because you can get that without buying the buffet.
I have been there for the first time. The food was good. People working their were friendly. They kept the buffet stocked. Pricing was fair as well.
