Upon coming to town I was so excited to see that there was a Shoney's close by to where I was staying. When I got up the next morning and walk to the the door I instantly become sad because they where CLOSED. After talk with some locals, I found out that they had had closed for good.
Its permanently close now
Loved Shoney's in Emporia, VA. So sad to see them close tomorrow. We ate there once a week for breakfast. The staff was always top notch. Food was great. Gonna be missed!!
