TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Takes over 40 minutes to get 6 wings & a basket of fries. When I talked to the manager he made it seem like I was lying about my food being cold and wings dry. Probably will never go back.
Overall for myself and family, our experience there was great. The only thing is that we would like to catch Scott there. We live about an hour and 44 minutes from there. So we will be back again I'm sure.
Good food at a fair price (the breakfast Buffett was at least), nice servers and staff, and good local beer selection. I'll be back.
We really, really want to like this place and will give it another chance in in a few weeks. They need servers & managers. Place was very understaffed. The bartender did her best to try and assist customers. 1 hour wait after being seated for an order of pancakes was a bit too much.
I always loved the breakfast buffet, but this location is by far the best Shoney's I've ever been to! Will be back frequently! Great food at affordable prices!
I have eaten here twice now. Excellent food and service each time. It's laid out nice. And the food was fresh. Waitress even brought out pancakes. Freshly cooked to our table. And the price to me was extremely well priced.
Excellent food. Excellent staff! Clean and efficient. Hot Fudge Cake (a Shoney's MUST in my book) was cold to the point of almost frozen, but other than that, the meals we've had at the new and improved location have been amazing. LOVE that seafood bar on Friday nights! We will be back-soon!
Got to finally come in and eat here, have been wanting to eat here since it opened. Definitely the best Shoney's I have ever been too. The food was delicious and love the fact that they make pancakes made to order, so they bring it to you and it's still hot off the griddle. The OJ is fresh squeezed and soooooo amazing!!! Love the atmosphere with the bar and tvs, definitely adds a different feel than most of the other Shoney's I have been too!! Thank you Big Poppa Pump for bringing this Shoney's back!
