Lumber prices are higher than the local competitors
great people my sales person was great very good priced
Bought $12,000 worth of kitchen cabinets here. Upon delivery, their delivery truck backed into our retaining wall and caused approximately $2,300 worth of damage based on two quotes that I received to repair it. Initially, they seemed like they were going to take care of the damage, but now are saying that they are not liable. I called and inquired about Baldwin Brass door knobs. The person I spoke with assured me that I could come in and order what I wanted online since they do not have a show room . I went in and told the person at the counter(Ben) why I was there and also what the person on the phone had said. He threw the brochure up on the counter and said I could order them online. Needed 2x12x20 and they were the only ones around that had them and the price was decent. The cashier and lumber yard guys were all friendly and helpful
They tell you that you're getting a deal and that their prices are better then home depot but they have the identical prices that home depot has so how is that a deal??? Won't go to shones anymore!
