Although Shonda does nice hair, her customer service is lacking. I had a death in my family and had to fly out of town in an emergency on a red eye flight on Friday night, subsequently Missing my appointment on Saturday morning at 8:30 am at which time she was informed of my emergency. This is what she text me… “My schedule is very busy on Saturday and I have ppl on waiting list. When you reschedule last minute it don’t give me time to give someone else the slot.
