I took my son to look at a BMW that he was interested in financing for his very first car. Right away we were greeted and assigned a sales rep. Amin was very helpful and knowledgeable about the car and the financing process. He was very quick with processing information and we put a non refundable deposit on the car while the loan is being processed. It was a quick and comfortable experience.
They reached out in a quick manner and we're open to all and any questions while willing to do what ever it is my situation needed to get me In a vehicle that I was able to afford

They lied about the key they were going to order

Young guy that dealt with us knew his inventory 1st of 10 that didnt have to keep refering to his phone to answer questions he had taken a deposit on the car I went to look at so I asked if the deal didnt go thru or he found another like it would he call me he said yes and I left...last night I found a white version of the same car exactly at Shoman Motors but so far 2 days later no call..
Great experience with this dealership. Bought a 2007 E 350 and so far so good. The salesman was very nice. I test drove a 2006 c class that had a weird smell. He fixed the oil leak and we were all set to buy when he called and said that they found another issue and did not wanna sell me that particular car. Me and my gma went back and found a 2007 Mercedes that we ended up liking a lot better. We got a great deal for the inconvenience.
