I love Shoji. I wish I lived closer. I'd go all the time.
I’ve been missing a Japanese onsen experience ever since I visited one in Japan and Shoji Spa and Lodge recreated that for me and my friends. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful. The focus on nature was unobtrusive, but present for those who would pause to enjoy it and derive calmness from it. A massage completed the relaxing and rejuvenating experience. I will definitely be visiting again.
Remarkable spa located in beautiful private woods. The hot tub experience is wonderful, then a great massage. Great staff!

My wife and visited Shoji for our 1 year anniversary. We had a great spa visit and stayed the night in the loft which had an amazing view and very comfortable. Highly recommend the spa and accommodations! We will be back!!

We loved the laid back Japanese atmosphere. It was so nice to soak in the hot tub and feel truly on our own in nature. The couples massage was very peaceful. A must visit.
Just about 15 minutes south of Downtown Asheville you find this zen paradise... nestled on a hilltop near the Blue Ridge Parkway. Very easy to find and soo worth the visit! From the moment we entered, we left the outside world behind. We had a Double your Fun couples package. What an exceptional value!! Relaxing showers, following Japanese tradition, separate (ugh ;)).
