Awesome relaxing day. Facility was super clean and everyone was wonderful. Bri was a wonderful masseuse. 5 stars all the way.
This was an amazing way to spend my birthday. We had an hour long soak in the hot tub while it was snowing! It was beautiful! Then Jane gave me a 90 minute massage while my best friend had her massage on the table next to me. We couldn't stop smiling when we left. The entire staff is great! We are already looking for dates to come back.
Wow! What a beautiful retreat and experience! Living in the Hendersonville area we have plenty of spas to choose from. But This experience was so special and different from the others - private and secluded. Although there were other people on property - You rarely see them. We chose to stay overnight in the Loft even though we live so close. The solitude is something you just do not want to give up! The staff is amazing! The couples massage was to die for.
