Absolutely the best place for sushi. Largest handrolls, most unique rolls and best chef's. They will make what you want.
For sushi in the desert it's pretty good. Coming from the northeast coast, we had fresh fish in abundance. Once I got used to having a Latino Sushi Chef carving and preparing, I really enjoyed it. Food very good, not quiet, but not ok noisy. Quick, friendly service. I recommend it.
Love the Turkey Salad and the Chicken Teriyaki. Both are a favorite in our household.
