Our cheff was awesome! I didn't like that he got 40% tip, and waitress 60%. The food was deliciouse! The place was run down and dirty in the lobby/ waiting area. Pretty much the chef's talent and attitude made this enjoyable and saved the restraunt. Maybe if the owner invested in the building and in some help, this place would be what it used to be
After complaining that the Ribeye was too salty (it looked like thinly sliced hamburger and I actually spit it out because it was too salty), the waitress admitted to me that the cooks are untrained. I got a $25 bill for my food at the end end left no tip.
Worst service ever! Our food took over 2 hours and then it was burnt! We will never go back!
We were there over 2 1/2 hours before the cook even started our meal...was soooo cold in there I took a chill, and that's pretty hard for me...food was good but there was no show
Bad service, waitress was rude. Waited over an hour before being cooked for people came in after us was cooked for first. Chef had no personality at all! No show or interaction with the patrons
I was skeptical after seeing some bad reviews, but we tried it and we loved it! On par with any hibachi place I've been to in California. The kids had a blast and food was great, as was the service.
