I have been going to Shogun since the early 80s. They are very pleasant, quick to seat you and the food is wonderful. I usually sit at the tables and order rolls or a Shogun special. I have eaten at the Hibachi tables many times and it’s great as well. I highly recommend Shogun for anyone that want to enjoy Japanese food at its finest.
We came in for a Birthday Dinner. Just say we were skipped when it was our turn to be seated.and our server teresa was very rude and as we tried to order more food. She basically had and attitude because we wanted to add something to our order. She basically was yelling at me in front of everyone!!! Just a horrible Birthday experience... I’ve been coming here since I was a kid! Love it!
My family of 5 walked in and we were told we would be next for the hibachi bar. They were busy and getting busier while we waited. Another group walked in while we were waiting and they clearly knew the owners. We waited for 15 mins and then they sat the other group. When I politely let them know they skipped over us they stared at me like how dare I have the audacity to address the fact that we were skipped.
