Been to many of shogun's all over the place, this one was fairly similar. Smaller than I have seen before, but the layout seemed to work for the location they have. Was told by server tjat kitchen was training so food would take a bit longer (45 mins. Not terrible), but portions were for sure cooked and set aside while finishing another person's plate (everyone's steak was luke warm but the scallops on the other end were steaming and fresh)
One of the most disgusting restaurant experiences I’ve had. While eating, we genuinely saw a COCKROACH crawling through the restaurant which completely ruined the entire experience and made us lose our appetite immediately. The place seriously needs a deep cleaning and honestly should probably be inspected because the sanitation conditions did not feel safe AT ALL. Definitely will NOT be returning.
Me and my partner come to this place a few times a month. Wish they would add hibachi noodles to the menu .We love the staff and the food. Alexys is our favorite waitress. She is always a fast and reliable server manager, and an institution here. If she ever left it would be extremely hard to replace her.

Came through to Shogun and I’ll give credit where it’s due this spot delivers. The hibachi was on point, fresh, hot, and cooked right in front of you like it should be. The whole grill experience makes it more than just a meal, it’s actually something to sit back and enjoy. The food itself. Solid across the board.
