Jorge is amazing! He worked hard to get me approved and in a car. He explained things very clear, advised me of many things, and he truly is a great character! Won't go again, car was a lemon. Engine problems not even 2 weeks after purchase, car was in the shop till new years. Just last month, another engine leak with coolant seeping into the engine, totally undrivable. The car has been in shops for diagnostics more than the car has been driven. Now out a car, 4900 in debt, likely can't trade the car in for another and hired a lawyer.
We were going to buy a car and went step by step as to what we were told to do (by the dealer)as we are out of state. The price was agreed upon, transport arranged, and financing started. Due to the weekend we couldn't get get the money from the bank until Monday morning and the dealer knew that. On Saturday we noticed the car was not online and then found out they sold the car out from under us. What a horrible thing to do to a customer, just bad business!!
Jorge is the most transparent, honest, and forthright individual I have ever worked with. We found a vehicle that was a perfect fit for my daughter and drove to Hanford to check it out. I was a little leary to go to some random small dealer, but after I spoke with him over the phone, he put me right at ease. He took his time on the phone to make sure I had all of my questions answered, and even explained how to predict terms, payment, etc., before ever running a credit check.
