Excellent auto repair shop! – Shofner Auto Repair's customer service is excellent. I also like how they can communicate via e-mail, including sending you soft copies of quotes.
Honest auto repair shop! – I would give communications and customer service a perfect ten. I have been using this shop for a few years now, and I have never had to bring anything back that wasn't done correctly. I've also never felt like I was over charged, or sold something that I didn't need.
Auto repair shop in Arlington, TX – They were very easy to work with. I set things up over the phone first and then brought my car in. I was actually surprised at how quickly they got back to me with the good news that my car was already done. I'll definitely go back and use them again.
