Be aware!!! I was given a verbal estimate over the phone to fix a section of sewer pipe that it wouldn’t be any more than a certain amount. At the time of an on-site estimate, they had raised the amount $150.00. Upon, completion of the job and never notified, my invoice was $425.00 more than the on-site estimate. I guess the “professional” word is no longer valued.

Called for a septic pump and the receptionist was verbally judgemental about the size of my small home...They came out to pump septic as Shoffner septic after a lot of rain. They saw a puddle of water and assumed it was from septic. Instead of discussing any concerns with us, the homeowners, they reported us to the township, causing all sorts of unnecessary drama and us having to prove our septic is in proper working condition...a year long solution to a non existent problem.... Do not use this company!!!!

I've used Brett and his crew on several occasions. The best part about working with him is how he lays out how the project will go and what is known and unknown. Great team, great service.
