I wanted to get a security system for my home and wanted to go with a local company. I called Shoff Security Systems around 8pm thinking I could leave a message and my call would be returned the next day. To my amazement Mr. Shoff called me back 10 minutes later; he gave me information over the phone and offered to come to my house to do a security survey with no obligation to buy.
