I previously went in to the Shellharbour store to purchase my daughters first pair of pre walking shoes as she is starting to walk and Taryn and Helga went above and beyond with their service to my little girl. She was so relaxed and patient knowledgable and caring and would I would like their head office to know how much of an asset they both are to the store. Customer service is few and far between these days but these girls went above and beyond. Will defiantly be back when my little one needs a new pair of shoes!
